1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
2. Payment
Payment is taken securely via Stripe. Sefton School Sports does not store your card details. Full payment is required to secure a place.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the activity date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
4. Changes to activities
We reserve the right to cancel or change activities where necessary. In the event of cancellation by Sefton School Sports, a full refund will be issued.
5. Health and safety
Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child is medically fit to participate and that all relevant medical information has been provided accurately. Sefton School Sports reserves the right to exclude a child from an activity where participation may pose a risk to their health or safety.
6. Photography
Photographs and video may be taken during activities. These may be used for promotional purposes only where consent has been given.
7. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the UK GDPR. Medical information is restricted to authorised staff only.
